Pages, product examples, fabric parameters, MOQs, timelines and price ranges shown on the site do not constitute a final quotation or production commitment. The final plan is governed by quotations, sample confirmations, purchase orders or contracts confirmed in writing by both parties.

Tech packs, design files, reference images, style sheets, trademarks, brand assets and sample photos you upload must be material you own or are duly authorised to share. You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, trade secrets, image rights or other lawful interests. MUZHICHEN uses such material only for project evaluation, sampling, quotation, production communication and re-order tracing.

Designs, tech packs, trademarks and project material submitted by brands remain the property of the brand or its rights holder. The text, imagery, page design, product presentation and material of the MUZHICHEN website itself belong to MUZHICHEN or the relevant rights holders. Without prior written authorisation, neither party may use the other's material for unrelated projects, public display or third-party commercial purposes.

The AI Guide is intended to assist with site navigation, requirement framing and brief preparation. Content generated or suggested by the AI Guide does not constitute a final quotation, production commitment, legal opinion or contractual term. Where AI Guide content conflicts with documents confirmed in writing by both parties, the written confirmation prevails.
